WebI suddenly started to get this and can't get it to stop. It's constantly downloading assests. I fixed mine, I had to go into app data, roaming, and delete citizen fx folder. Be advised this will delete any custom peds, vehicles weapons stuff through trainers such as vmenu. I now can return to playing normally.
