WebThe thing is, c25k is a plan that just gives you a basic structure. If you fail, just repeat. If you fail again, retry another week. I failed a lot, but now I am in week 9. You can try as many times as you want and repeat weeks. The jump to 20minutes straight was basically just a mental issue and me not pacing myself slow enough. WebSlow down.. I did this 5k plan at a 13:30 pace lol and that was what worked for me at the time. I’ve done it twice since then and my times have gotten much better.
