WebSep 30, 2016 · Everything on cam sealing plate was smothered in it as well as the rear cover. We messed around with this camshaft sealing plate/thrust plate for several days on and off. Today we finally put a shim between the thrust plate and the adapter. Cam moves freely and there is not any movement of cam shaft after bolts are tighten down.
